We carefully ship our fragile original paintings and fine art prints, within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Packaging: Artwork is packed in acid-free, protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
International Orders: Customers cover any customs fees or taxes. Delivery times may vary.

Returns
We want you to love your artwork! As each fine art print and original painting is crafted to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your selection carefully before purchasing and reach out with any questions beforehand. Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items, as outlined below:
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us at valesinclairart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll replace the item or refund you fully, including shipping costs. We provide a prepaid return label.
Return using the original or similar acid-free packaging.
Non-Returnable: Custom or commissioned artworks are final sale unless damaged or defective.
How to Return:
Email valesinclairart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send a return address and instructions.
Use acid-free packaging and trackable shipping to avoid damage. We can’t refund items damaged during return.
Upon receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 days or store credit within 3-5 business days.
